This is not a get rich quick plan; in fact, it’s the opposite. It’s a way to set out on your own and take control of your life. It may take a little while to achieve your goals, but the process enables you to have more control over the decisions that affect your life.
How long will it take? Most people want to see results immediately. Your individual success will depend on a number of factors - the cycle of the real estate market, where you invest, in what type of property you invest, as well as many other factors. I invested at a slow, steady, solid pace for about five years, which gave me a solid foundation for my investment portfolio. Then, I worked to speed the process by investing more aggressively.
Who am I? My name is Anthony Self. I am an Accredited Investor, Speaker and Author with a real estate portfolio valued at $7 million. I consider myself an expert in long term hold, flipping, tenant relations, and mobile home parks. When I first encountered this program my first thought was "I'm already successful what can they teach me?" I attended an event hosted by Nouveau Riche, actually three events- call me cautious- and I experienced the level of instruction from the faculty. I was blown away with the quality of instructions and the investing background of the instructors. I quickly realized that I discovered a system that can teach me areas of real estate investing from actual practitioners.
